Designer, artist and architect Ettore Sottsass is one of the most revolutionary designers from the midcentury design period. As a founder of the Memphis group he designed Postmodern furniture, fabrics, ceramics, glass and metal objects. This Pausinia table lamp dates from this same period, mid 80s, and was produced by Artemide. The Lamp shows a nice combination of materials such as plastic and chrome. The soft light fits perfectly with the green color that appears when the lamp lights up.
