Executive Desk by Ico Parisi for MIM 1958

The Terni executive desk was designed by Ico Parisi in 1958 for MIM (Mobili Italiani Moderni) Rome, Italy. The standard production Terni desk was provided with a rectangular tabletop, the curved profile edition such as this one, was only available as a special order. This has been confirmed by the Parisi archive. The desk contains a three drawer block on one side and a two drawer block on the back. That way the desk can be used both ways and is ideal for a center piece. A further single sliding tray to the underside of the desk top. The desk is labeled with a circular MIM ROMA aluminium plaque and contains in an excellent condition!
