Sergio Camilli was an Italian designer who founded the Poltronova furniture company in 1957. He left the company in the 1970s to work as an independent designer. Camilli designed this floor lamp for Bieffeplast in 1974. This unique lamp has only been handmade for a very short period of time. The snail shaped lamp is made of a semi-transparent fiberglass. It gives a cosy warm light when lit and gives warmth to any modern design interior. The lamp stands in a very good preserved condition with minimal traces of use.
