Charles Emile Pinson Coffee Table 1958. materials: iron and ceramic

Decorative metal coffee table decorated with a ceramic of Charles Emile Pinson. It shows a playful scenery with an orchestra playing music underwater surrounded by fish and coral, signed Concert Marin. As a ceramist, painter and etcher, Pinson has a diverse series of artwork. He made artworks for different buildings in France such as the Former chamber of commerce of Caen, the university of Caen and The Church of May-ur-Orne. This coffee table is probably Belgian made and stands in a very good condition. No chips or cracks are noticed.
