Formica desk produced by the Belgian company Bergwood in the 1970

Formica desk produced by the Belgian company Bergwood in the 1970s. Bergwood is known for its productions of Jules Wabbes. Based on sketches that are published in the book ‘Jules Wabbes - Interior Architect’ it is not clear how this design went through under his name or not. Nevertheless the minimalistic design with bent plywood and formica are integrable in any decorative interior. The craftmanship is visible trough the multiplex wood side lines at the frond and back of the desk. The desk It stands in a good, vintage condition with minor signs of use.
