PAUL TUTTLE SIDE 'Gamma' CHAIR 1967

American designer Paul Tuttle was known for his work in architecture and furniture design. Tuttle had no formal education in design, but got inspired from his own experience and the mentorship of well known designers such as Alvin Lustig, Welton Becket, and Frank Lloyd Wright. Tuttle designed furniture for over 50 years, resulting in a body of work that included both manufactured and custom made furniture.

This 'Gamma' side chair could come straight from the set of ‘Diamonds are Forever’. The high legs and black leather capture a cool, confident look making it a perfect match for the world of James Bond. It was made for Strässle International in 1967.

The chair stands in a very good original condition, no tears in the leather. A second chair is also available.
