Aldo van den Nieuwelaar (1944-2010) 'early 1968 edition' cirkellamp. Truly iconic and one of the most famous examples of minimalist Dutch design, designed in 1968 by Aldo van den Nieuwelaar. It is a steel case in which a circular neon light is mounted. It is a table light but also suited as wall mount light. This piece is in the permanent collection of several of the biggest museums throughout the world, such as the MoMa in New York and the Stedelijk in Amsterdam.
