RARE JOS DE MEY SIDEBOARD FOR LUXUS 1950S

This unrestored and in all original condition sideboard was designed by Jos De Mey for Luxus in the 50s. Much less well known than the products of Van Den Berghe Pauvers, is the work De Mey made for Luxus , a firm that was based in Kortrijk. De Mey’s designs of this period are more exclusive and hard to find. This sideboard has 3 sliding doors, each detailed with a leather doorhandle, and 4 drawers on the right. The metal frame with elegant legs, lights up this item and gives it a highly decorative touch . Because of the double face, this sideboard can be perfectly used to divide an open space.
