Beautiful and quality crafted cabinet with op-art doors designed by J. Batenburg for MI, Belgium 1969. These quality Belgian made furniture were definitely built during the late 60s and early 70s. Some dealers do sell this as a product from De Coene, although they can not provide any documentation. Nevertheless this cabinet is decorative and desirable, built with craftsmanship and that means quality. It has 2 graphical doors with a beautiful opt art pattern that brings a dimension in the design. The doors are locked by a chromed key, inside there is plenty of storage space by the shelves. The cabinet has a wonderful right patina, Victor Vaserelly would have loved it!.
