This table was a gift as a wedding gift from Pia Manu in 1964. It is a unique piece with the metal frame designed in the workshop of Pia Manu. It was made and then inlaid with Brazilian Piriet and copper pieces. Pia Manu is a workshop from Ingelmunster where Jules Dewaele, and later his son Koen Dewaele during the 60s until now working with natural stone and ceramics. Their tables are rare and sought after. This table is unique by its shape and the combination of natural stone with copper. The most common Pia Manu tables consist of a rectangular metal frame and inlaid ceramic tiles (which she bought at Amphora). Exclusive 1 of a kind made.
